Rila. (Majel Barrett) Female member of The Ruling Tribune of the Aquans. She visualised that the younger inhabitants may want to use the antitoxin to return to the surface. rock creatures. Gigantic reptilian beasts, looking like hills on the planet to which Mudd fled with Nurse Chapel as a hostage. Kirk said he'd delay telling them how to reverse the effect. (The Practical Joker. [TAS]).

Romulan commander. (James Doohan) The commander of one of the two Romulan battle cruisers who gave Kirk fives minutes to surrender when the Enterprise was intercepted in the Romulan Neutral Zone. (The Survivor. [TAS]).

Romulan commander. (Lou Scheimer) The Romulan battle cruisers' commander accused the Enterprise of invading Romulan territory but on the first occasion he would not follow it into the energy field.
